eBooks are books that are available in digital format. eBooks are ordered online and downloaded to your computer, saving shipping costs as well as paper. eBooks have many features that traditional paper books do not, like the ability to adjust font size or digitally search the text for certain words or phrases.eBook ReadersLots of different devices can read eBooks. E-Ink eReaders are designed specifically for eBook reading. These include the Kindle, Nook, Kobo, Sony Reader, and others. You can also read eBooks on your smartphone or tablet device. Apple products like the iPhone and iPad are great for this, as well as Android phones and tablets.
